A Pre-Annexation hearing which is open to the public to discuss the Rezoning Application for the property at the northeast corner of Oak St. and Orchard Rd. will be held at the Village Hall on Tuesday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m. The owner of the property wants to have the property annexed into the Village and rezoned to B-2, which is the same zoning that would accommodate Wal-Mart amongst several other types of developments.
